What is the most popular calendar for fundraisers? 

The most popular style of calendar is the A4 traditional wall calendar. This is what people are used to for a calendar and it will give you enough space on the design to promote an image, sponsors and events on the page without it looking cluttered and busy. 
It will also look good on the wall! 

What templates do I have? 

This will come down to personal preference and we can talk you through all the options and what is your objective for the calendar and help with the layout and the design. Our calendars will be created for you and so we can help you decide on the write template and size for you. 


How many calendars do you print? Are you worried that you won’t sell all the calendars you order and won’t make a profit? Don’t worry –we understand that you might be cautious and will help you through the numbers and what is most cost effective for you. As an added incentive we will offer reprints at the same unit cost as your original order so you can order more at any time (with a minimum order of 50 calendars) and still maintain your profit margins. 

Fundraiser Discounts 

Makes sure you take advantage of the Early Bird Discounts. 
In order to maximise the profits on your calendars these need to be ordered, printed and ready for sale well in advance of the New Year. You will want them available to your network and contacts and if you have them, in your shops by end of October – just in time for Christmas presents.

Fundraising calendar photo ideas 

Feature pictures of people, places, animals, or things that relate to your cause or organization. 
Host a picture contest and have your panel of judges choose the top photos for your calendar. Possibly charge an entry-fee to submit a photo to the contest. 
Feature points of interest in your community- parks, buildings, businesses, people, landmarks, lakes, etc 
Feature pictures of local celebrities and heroes (fire-fighters, police officers, people in the medical field, etc). Why not spice it up and take photos of the fire-fighters with no shirts? 
Include pictures of your fundraising event from previous years. 

Events to list on your fundraising calendar 

You should list your organizations events for the year, but you can also add your local community events to make your calendar more interesting to the general public. This will help promote more sales. 

Ideas on how to sell your calendar 

Give your calendars to your sales team or to key people in your network and ask them to promote it. 
Post your calendar for sale on your website, blog, facebook page, and twitter page 
Send information to your local newspaper – they are always looking for good news stories 
Email all of your contacts 
Sell at fundraising events, annual evenings and local businesses networking events, festivals, and fairs.
